Work Experience Programs

Work Experience Programs
At Teen Challenge Southeast, we believe in providing job training for our residents to help them successfully re-enter the workplace after graduating the program.
Our work experience programs equip residents to learn new career fields and acquire work-related skills including responsibility, teamwork, communication, and enterprise. Current Teen Challenge Southeast programs train students in a variety of technical and entrepreneurial fields including woodworking, retail, customer service, and automotive detail.

Teen Challenge SuperThrift stores give residents the opportunity to gain valuable experience in retail and customer service. As store employees, residents get to serve their local communities while gaining skills that will launch them into their futures beyond Teen Challenge.
